by | Apr 29, 2020 | Health & Fitness, Performance, Personal Development

Have you ever found yourself feeling anxious about your reaction in some situations? In this episode, I talk with Dr. Jeffrey Bernstein, a nationally recognized parent coach and a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience in providing child, adolescent, couples, and family counseling.

I get to pick his brain on anxiety, a field that he had explored in almost all of his previous work, I learned his method for calming down and the guide for solving problems.

His work has been profiled in several media sources, including radio in several countries, twice on The Today Show, Court TV as an expert advisor, and NBC National News. Bernstein also has been repeatedly quoted in Men’s Health and Cosmopolitan Magazines.
